Database Search

We appreciate that there are times when it is appropriate to consider a different recruitment solution to Retained Search or Advertised Selection and clients value the option of database search. Advertised Selection

For some assignments our recommended approach is to advertise as the prime solution, or alternatively to include advertising as a hybrid-solution. Having worked closely with many types of media and also through liaison with a dedicated recruitment agency, we are able to manage advertised selection campaigns from concept to delivery, using either our own or client branding. We can either work with our client’s chosen advertising agency or introduce you to our partners at Together Communications to design and support your campaign. .
